Terms and Conditions

Please note all bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions and subject to change without prior notice.

Presently we take payments by Bacs. transfer, cheque or cash on departure.

There is a minimum 2-night stay and a minimum of a 3-night stay on Bank Holidays.

Please confirm you booking by email or in writing and deposits in the form of Bacs. transfer or cheque to Mrs Annette Hole with a minimum payment of £50.00.

Written confirmation will then be sent by email or post.

*Deposit are only refundable in the event that we are able to re-let the room for the length of your stay.

*No refunds are given for cancellations made within a week of the booking.

*In the event of a cancellation we will make every effort to re-let the room, failing this you may be liable for some or all of the cost of your booking.  Please make sure you have sufficient Travel Insurance in place.

*No children under 10 without prior agreement.
